How do I exchange a product for the right size?
Je kunt bij ons je bestelling binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst omruilen voor de juiste maat. Neem contact met onze klantenservice via WhatsApp voor het retourformulier.
Products must be unworn and, where reasonably possible, still carry their original tags and labels. Trying items on is of course fine!
- Shoes must be returned, where reasonably possible, with the undamaged shoebox supplied and shipped in the original outer box.
- Items must be packed in their undamaged, original packaging (where reasonably possible).
Please note!Return your item with care. If the returned shipment is damaged or has been used more than needed to assess the item, we may charge you for the loss in value.
Who pays the return costs?
If we are responsible for the problem, we cover the costs. Otherwise the return costs are yours. They will be deducted from your next order.
I want to return a product and get my money back. Is that possible?
You have a 7-day exchange guarantee to swap your product for the right size. We only refund in the form of store credit. That credit equals the value of your order and can be redeemed across our entire collection.
The store credit is sent to your email as a coupon code and must be redeemed within 7 days.
I have a complaint!
Contact us straight away and report the complaint. We will sort it out!
