Algemene Voorwaarden

Artikel 1 - Definities

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

• Ondernemer:Quality Fashion, the natural or legal person offering products to consumers.
• Consument:the natural person not acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession.
• Overeenkomst:an agreement between the trader and the consumer.
• Dag: kalenderdag.

Article 2 - Identity of the trader

Artikel 3 - Toepasselijkheid

1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every agreement concluded between trader and consumer.
2. Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these terms and conditions is made available to the consumer.
3. By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment terms.

Article 4 - The offer

1. All offers are without obligation and subject to availability.
2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
3. Images are a truthful representation of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the trader.
4. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

Article 5 - The agreement

1. The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions attached to it.
2. After we receive your order you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. The trader reserves the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.

Artikel 6 - Prijzen

1. The prices stated are in euros and include VAT.
2. Shipping costs are stated separately before you place the order.
3. The trader reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed.

Artikel 7 - Betaling

1. Payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website.
2. The consumer is obliged to report inaccuracies in payment details provided or stated to the trader without delay.
3. The order is only processed after payment has been received.

Artikel 8 - Levering

1. The trader will exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and carrying out orders for products.
2. The delivery time is 1-3 working days, unless stated otherwise.
3. The place of delivery is the address the consumer has made known to the trader.
4. The risk of damage to and/or loss of products rests with the trader until the moment of delivery to the consumer.

Article 9 - Exchanges and returns

1. Omruilen:You can exchange items in our physical store within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn and still has its original labels.
2. Retourneren:Online purchases cannot be returned for a refund. Exchanges are possible within 7 days in our store.
3. Sale items and underwear are excluded from exchange.
4. Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn and with all original labels.

Artikel 10 - Garantie

1. The trader guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and with the specifications stated in the offer.
2. Where a warranty claim is justified, the item is repaired or replaced.
3. The warranty lapses if the consumer has repaired the delivered products themselves or had them repaired, or if the products have been exposed to abnormal conditions.

Artikel 11 - Klachten

1. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the trader within a reasonable time after the consumer has discovered the defects.
2. The trader will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
3. Complaints can be submitted by email or WhatsApp.

Artikel 12 - Intellectueel eigendom

All intellectual property rights relating to the website and the content placed on it belong to Quality Fashion or its licensors. Copying, distributing or otherwise using content from the website without prior written permission is not permitted.

Artikel 13 - Toepasselijk recht

Dutch law applies to all agreements between trader and consumer. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
